ZAMMO INC. COOKIE POLICY
(Last updated: August 17th, 2026)
This Cookie Policy explains how Zammo Inc. (“Zammo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.zammo.ai (our marketing website, the “Website”) and agents.zammo.ai (our product application used by Customers and Authorized Users, the “Product”), collectively the “Sites.” This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes more generally how we handle personal information.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an application. They are widely used to make sites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. This Policy also covers similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, and locally stored identifiers used by the tools described below.
2. SCOPE
This Policy applies to:
www.zammo.ai — our public marketing website, which anyone may visit without an account; and
agents.zammo.ai — our product application, accessible only to Customers and their Authorized Users. End Users (members of the public who interact with a Customer’s AI agent through the Channels described in our Privacy Policy) do not access agents.zammo.ai directly, so this Policy does not apply to those Channel interactions.
3. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES WE USE
We use the following categories of cookies, consistent with the choices presented in our cookie consent banner:
Necessary: required for core site functionality (e.g., remembering your cookie preferences and language settings). These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
Performance and Analytics: help us understand how visitors use our Sites (e.g., page views, traffic sources) so we can improve performance. These are off by default and require your consent.
Advertising: used by advertising companies to serve ads relevant to your interests. These are off by default and require your consent.
Your choices for these categories are managed through the cookie preference banner presented on the Website (or, on request, made available for the Product to the extent applicable).
The “Advertising” category is off by default. If a Website visitor affirmatively turns this category on through the cookie preference banner, a Google advertising cookie is enabled and information about that visitor's activity on the Website is shared with Google for advertising and remarketing purposes. This is the only circumstance under which Website or Product data is shared outside Zammo for advertising purposes; the cookie does not run, and no such sharing occurs, unless the visitor opts in. See Section 4 for details.
4. COOKIES ON WWW.ZAMMO.AI (WEBSITE)

6. HOW WE USE THESE COOKIES
We use cookies to operate our Sites, remember your preferences, understand how our Sites are used, and improve the Website and Product experience, including tailored onboarding guidance within the Product. We do not sell Personal Information collected through cookies. We do not share such information with anyone outside Zammo except: (a) with the service providers named above, who process it solely on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations; and (b) where a Website visitor affirmatively opts in to the “Advertising” cookie category, in which case information is shared with Google for advertising and remarketing purposes as described in Section 4.
7. YOUR CHOICES
On the Website, you can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie preference banner (accessible via the “Manage Cookies” link in the site footer). You may also set your browser to refuse some or all browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being set; note that if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Website may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the banner, as the Website could not function properly without them.
There is no cookie preference banner available on agents.zammo.ai as all cookies are required for a successful onboarding experience.
8. RETENTION
Cookies set by the tools described above are generally retained for each vendor's own default period unless you clear them sooner. As a general guide (subject to change by each vendor):
Google Analytics (GA4): client/session identifiers are typically retained on end-user devices for up to 2 years, per Google's default settings.
HubSpot: tracking cookies are typically retained for up to 13 months, per HubSpot's default setting
Pendo: visitor/account identifiers are typically retained per Pendo's default settings, generally for as long as the account remains active plus a limited period thereafter.
Vimeo: cookie duration is set by Vimeo according to its own default embed settings.
Google Advertising / Remarketing: typically retained for up to 90 days to 2 years per Google's default settings for the specific product in use, only if enabled.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and tools we use. The “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on the Website.
