A Conversation on GenAI’s Next Chapter with 30N Ventures

During the session, we broke down where GenAI is actually delivering value today and where the hype often gets ahead of reality. We shared how organizations are already using AI agents to handle high-volume questions, support customers and employees in real time, and surface accurate answers from complex internal systems, all without replacing the human touch. We walked through the Zammo story and how our platform is designed for real-world deployment, with security, governance, and multilingual support built in from day one. To close, we offered practical guidance for business leaders, including how to identify the right first use cases, avoid common implementation pitfalls, and move from experimentation to production in a responsible, scalable way.
